Stevie G's Popcorn is operated by GStrasse LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. We operate a fundraising platform that connects organizations with supporters through the sale of gourmet popcorn.

We collect the following information when you use our app:
- Name and email address when you register
- Organization name and type for Campaign Team Leaders
- Guardian email address when enrolling a minor
- Purchase history and order data processed through Shopify
- Campaign and fundraising performance data
3. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
We take the privacy of minors very seriously. Our app complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
For users under the age of 18 enrolled as Team Members:
- A parent or guardian must provide verifiable consent before the minor's account is activated
- Parents and guardians may review, update, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting us at privacy@steviegspopcorn.com
- We do not collect more information from minors than is necessary to participate in the fundraiser
- We do not share minors' personal information with third parties except as required to operate the fundraiser
- Accounts for minors whose guardians decline consent are immediately deleted

- Create and manage your account
- Process fundraiser enrollments and track sales
- Send transactional emails including invitations, welcome messages, and guardian approval requests
- Calculate and report organization earnings
- Improve our platform and services
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Shopify - to process purchases and manage your store
- Supabase - to securely store your account and campaign data
- Resend - to deliver transactional emails
All third party services are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements.

We use industry standard security measures to protect your information including encrypted data storage, secure authentication, and HTTPS connections. Payments are handled entirely by Shopify and we never store payment card information.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@steviegspopcorn.com. Minor accounts that are not approved by a guardian are deleted immediately.
